You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). If you do not have a RMA NUMBER, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals if applicable.
When returning an order, please include a copy of your email confirmation receipt. You must also include a completed RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT Form, which will be included with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) in an email from us at Water Filter Exchange. Please inspect all of the products immediately after receiving them.
We do not accept returns after 30 days for damaged or defective products.
Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit.
